It's a good morning for baking. Perhaps some 'STEAK' Bread is in order. It's a secret family recipe so I can't really say what's in it...easier to say what is not an ingredient. So come by (in about 4 hours) and taste test it. I am hoping to bake up a storm but feel a tad tired. We all sleep lightly when fires need tending through the night.
Prepare for a visit! Soup's on in this kitchen, but Richard is warming up the truck to check out the meaning of "steak bread." Why is it that sub-zero temps bring the world into bracingly sharp focus? And beautiful it is!
ReplyDeleteDidn't get to making the steak bread yet and it's almost 2PM. I got off track by foolishly trying to understand my new Triple Bundle bills. We quickly turned it over to El Exigente Jr and he ended up on the phone with reps for several hours!
