Three snow storms within 2 weeks! It's beautiful.
The newest storm has only deposited about four inches so far but it promises to snow all day and leave over a foot of the white stuff.
while it is beautiful for the first few hours in the city it is then dirty and messy and makes it hard to get around. We have had enough snow for me to last a year and today we have snow, ice and sleet and maybe some rain. We still have snow mounds from the last snowfall. I decided that as much as I dislike summer, it is much better than winter. Can't wait to leave for better weather soon.
But wasn't it fun when the Mayor-King got called out on his lousy snow removal job? I like summer and winter. But I feel that in summer when it gets too hot there is almost nothing I can do to help myself whereas in winter I can just keep putting on warm clothing and my studded snow tire type shoes and I'm in great shape to face the elements.
